Vanessa Mousavizadeh, MA, is Director of Operations for the Influents Center. She has worked for 15 years across various healthcare settings leading systems transformation initiatives. She’s experienced in operations leadership, quality improvement, change management, and program development. She specializes in process improvement, with a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, and is an internationally credentialed (ICF) leadership and career coach. She cares deeply about cultivating community and about contributing to a workplace that is safe and inclusive.  In her free time, she travels, listens to podcasts, and goes to concerts.
